Peaches and Cream Parfait

2 fresh peaches, halved
4 oz Greek Cream Cheese, softened
8 oz whipped topping
Instructions
- Heat a grill or grill pan on high (450F) and place sliced peaches cut side down onto the grill to create char marks. Allow to cook for 5 minutes to soften the peaches and release natural sugars.
- Combine the cream cheese and whipped topping in a medium bowl and combine with a hand mixer until smooth. Place whipped topping into a piping bag(or ziplock with a bottom corner cut out).
- Chop the grilled peaches and place a few tablespoons of the peaches into the bottom of parfait glasses. Pipe a dollop of whipped topping on top of the peaches, then repeat by topping with more peaches and then the remaining whipped topping and finally the rest of the peaches (or as many layers of peaches and whip as you want).
- Garnish with vanilla cookies and mint as desired.
